High Performance
Diagnosis & Reviews

Understanding where performance is strengthened, and where it's under pressure

High performance rarely breaks down because of one issue alone. More often, it's shaped by the alignment between strategy, leadership, communication, systems and execution.

Our High Performance Reviews help organisations understand how their environment is truly operating beneath the surface: what's supporting performance, where challenges exist, and what may be limiting consistency over time. The approach is practical, independent and grounded in the realities of high-pressure environments.

What we assess

Our High Performance Diagnosis framework focuses on the key drivers of sustainable performance.

01

Strategy

Clarity of direction and whether the organisation is aligned behind it.

02

Leadership

How leaders operate, decide and set the tone across the environment.

03

Culture

The standards, behaviours and accountability that shape what's possible.

04

Systems & processes

The structures and rhythms that drive or block day-to-day performance.

05

Communication

How information, decisions and feedback move through the organisation.

06

Execution

How decisions get turned into action, consistently and under pressure.

07

Capability

Whether the right people, skills and depth are in the right places.

08

Sustainability

Whether performance can hold up and be repeated over the long term.

Our methodology

The process combines multiple sources of information to build a clear picture of how the organisation is operating.

01

Document review

Review of strategy documents, structures, reporting lines and internal frameworks to assess clarity and alignment.

02

Survey data

Targeted diagnostics used to identify themes, strengths and pressure points across the organisation.

03

Structured interviews

Confidential interviews with key stakeholders to understand leadership, communication, decision-making and operational dynamics.

04

Workplace observations

Observation of behaviours, meetings and day-to-day operations to understand how the environment functions in practice.

05

Data analysis

Review of performance trends and operational data to identify patterns, inconsistencies and performance gaps.

06

Thematic analysis

Bringing together insights across all areas to identify the themes most impacting performance.

What we explore

The review assesses the key areas that influence performance across an organisation. Every review identifies where performance is being supported, and where greater clarity, alignment or consistency may be required.

01

Strategic clarity & alignment

Whether direction is clear and the organisation is moving the same way.

02

Leadership effectiveness

How leadership is operating and the impact it's having on the environment.

03

Culture & accountability

The standards and ownership that underpin consistent performance.

04

Communication flow

How clearly and effectively information moves across the organisation.

05

System & process maturity

Whether structures and processes are fit for the level of performance required.

06

Execution under pressure

How reliably the organisation delivers when it matters most.

07

Organisational capability

The depth, skills and resources available to sustain performance.

08

Long-term sustainability

Whether the environment can repeat and build on its performance over time.
