He has a genuine curiosity about how high-performance organisations are built and what it takes to sustain them.
As a Director at Apogee Sports, Brad leads the ADVISORY arm of the business, working with professional sporting organisations on high performance reviews and broader advisory engagements focused on alignment, decision-making and performance.
