HIGH PERFORMANCE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Our ‘Built to Lead’ Program is built on 25 years inside sporting organisations most demanding environments.

Led by Brad Lloyd, the program gives your organisation a direct transfer of high-performance systems, pressure-tested resilience and frameworks from elite sport to business.

It’s about how leaders perform in the real moments that matter, under pressure, in adversity, with their people watching.

That’s why organisations choose this program.

HOW IT WORKS

The best teams are built on strong leadership and a culture your people want to be part of.

At Apogee Sports, we’ve spent over 25 years inside AFL and elite sport environments, seeing what it takes to perform under pressure, build cultures that last and lead teams through challenge and change.

The High Performance Leadership Program brings those lessons into business, giving leaders practical tools and frameworks they can use every day. Each program is tailored to your organisations needs, where leaders explore key leadership themes such as:

  • Building identity and culture that inspires

  • Understanding strengths and personalities

  • Leading with resilience under pressure

  • Making clear and confident decisions

  • Creating safe environments for feedback

  • Balancing wellbeing with performance

  • Preparing the next generation of leaders

PROGRAM CONTENT

The Build to Lead Program is carefully curated depending on your needs. The modules below represent a range of topics we cover which can be chosen to be included in the program. We usually recommend around 10-12 modules in total to cover the 12 months of content.
