Go inside list management at an AFL club.
A two-session live accelerator with a former AFL List Manager – built for the people who want to understand how lists are actually constructed, contracted and traded at the highest level of the game.
Enrol NowThe List Management Accelerator
The role of an AFL List Manager is one of the most strategic in football. Salary cap, drafting, contracting, trade period – every decision shapes a club’s next decade. Across two live sessions with a former AFL List Manager, this accelerator pulls back the curtain on how those decisions actually get made.
One topic
List management done deeply – the strategy, the structure and the calls that shape an AFL list.
Two live sessions
Three hours each, live and interactive with a former AFL List Manager. All recorded for replay.
Twenty positions
A small cohort built for real conversation, not a webinar – questions, examples and discussion you can actually contribute to.
Knowledge for life
You leave with a genuine framework for how list management works at the highest level – not theory, but the actual logic clubs use.
Learn from an Industry Expert.
Brad Lloyd has built more than 20 years in the AFL industry – as a player agent, recruiting manager, list manager and most recently General Manager of Football at the Carlton Football Club. He sat on the club’s executive team representing both the men’s and women’s football programs, providing strategic direction across list management, high performance, medical, coaching, operations and wellbeing.
This accelerator distils what he’s learned about list management at the highest level – the calls that shape the next decade of a club, taught by someone who’s actually made them.
