REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Apogee Sports, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences and providing a fair and transparent approach to refunds and cancellations.

Self-Paced Courses

  • A full refund will be provided if requested before course access has commenced.

  • Once course access has been activated, refunds are not available.

Accelerator Programs

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the program commences are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the program commencement are not eligible for a refund; however, participants may transfer their enrolment to another person or a future program, subject to availability and Apogee Sports' approval.

Masters Programs

  • Once the program has commenced, refunds are not available. Participants may request to defer their enrolment to a future intake, subject to approval.

Payment Plans

  • Participants who choose to pay by instalments are required to complete all scheduled payments in accordance with their payment agreement. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of course access and the withholding of certificates or program completion until the account is finalised.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Requests relating to exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Apogee Sports.

Program Changes

  • Apogee Sports reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a program if required. Where this occurs, participants will be offered an alternative program date or a full refund
