Your facilitator
Stephen Wells is the Recruiting Manager for the Geelong Cats and an AFL Life Member. He commenced his career with the Geelong Football Club in 1984 and has held the position of Recruiting Manager since the early 1990s, contributing significantly to the club's sustained success. Over his tenure, Wells has also served as Assistant Football Manager, Football Manager, and List Manager, cementing his legacy as one of the AFL's premier recruiters and talent spotters.
