FAQs

Common questions

Does completing a course guarantee me a job at the end?
Completing a course is an important step in enhancing your qualifications, but it does not guarantee a job. We always recommend actively seeking out work in your chosen industry to build your experience and network. Practical experience, even in entry-level or volunteer positions, can significantly increase your chances of landing your desired role. Combining your education with hands-on experience and a strong professional network is the most effective strategy for securing employment.
How long will it take me to complete a course?
The duration varies depending on your pace and availability. The quickest completion we have seen is 3 days, but most people prefer to work through the material over a month or two, balancing the course with other commitments. Since the courses are self-paced, you have the flexibility to progress at a speed that suits your lifestyle and learning style.
How long do I have to complete a course?
There is no strict time limit, so you can learn at your own pace. We suggest aiming to finish within a year to benefit fully from the content while it remains up to date. In rare cases where we decide to remove or significantly update a course, we may implement a one-year limit, and we will provide ample notice if any changes are planned.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. You will receive a certificate upon successfully completing your course. It serves as formal recognition of your achievement and demonstrates your commitment to advancing your knowledge and skills. Many of our participants find the certificate enhances their credibility when pursuing new opportunities or advancing in their current roles.
Do I need previous football industry experience to get value from the courses?
No. Our programs are structured to help both beginners and those already in the system. We focus on practical skills, real examples and industry frameworks that help you progress no matter your starting point.
How long do I have access to the course content?
All learners receive ongoing access for at least 12 months. This lets you revisit lessons, frameworks and templates whenever you need them as your career develops.
Can clubs or organisations enrol staff through Apogee Sports?
Absolutely. We work with clubs, leagues and organisations to deliver professional development, talent pathways and tailored education packages for staff and volunteers.
